Council for the Homeless 

  • Council For The Homeless provides community leadership, compelling advocacy, and practical solutions to prevent and end homelessness in Clark County, If you need housing, shelter or have questions about housing resource assistance and live in Clark County call the housing hotline: 360-695-9677. ​

Vancouver Housing Authority

  • Vancouver Housing Authority offers several programs and resources to help low-income families, elderly, and disabled in Clark County find housing that they can afford.

  • Call 360-694-2501 or stop by the VHA office at 2500 Main Street Vancouver Washington 98660.

Rental Assistance Program:

  • Bridgeview takes names off of Council For The Homeless' Rental Assistance Waitlist, and we are able to open applications to people on subsidized housing (Housing Choice Voucher Holders, or tenants with a Vancouver Housing Authority rental subsidy).

  • We are absolutely prohibited from giving out information regarding your place on Council's Waitlist. The front desk staff does not have Waitlist number information.

  • The Rental Assistance Program is once per lifetime--if you have received rental assistance from us or another organization (Council For The Homeless, SHARE, Janus Youth, etc.), you are unable to apply again.
